Christian Jaramillo has more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources with responsibilities for several Latin American countries in companies such as American Express, Dell, Grupo Televisa, Pfizer and now the U.S. technology multinational CompuCom.
His experience has focused on the different areas of human factor focusing on Attraction and Talent Development, Labor Relations, Organizational Development and Compensation in both Latin America and Canada and the United States. In the case of Pfizer, Christian transformed the Talent Attraction plan through social media by which he was invited by Linkedin as a speaker for his global event in Las Vegas, Nevada “Talent Connect 2012” and has been included in his “Talent Brand Hall of Fame”.
In 2014 Christian was invited to Sanxenxo, Spain as a speaker for the EXPAT Forum Program to talk about Talent and International Mobility where he shared best practices on identifying high potential talent and how to manage their mobility between countries.
In CompuCom is the leader of a group of 30 Human Resources professionals, where he heads the human capital organization of Mexico and Costa Rica, has 1,600 employees from the entire organization in Mexico, one of the largest IT companies in the country; it is worth noting that he has had the opportunity to apply his experience in Organizational Development to certify the company for three consecutive years as one of the best companies to work in Mexico, occupying the 32nd place of 800 companies, ranking given by the prestigious business magazine Expansion.
Currently Christian has been cited as an opinion leader for the theme of Millennial Talent Attraction and Retention in Mexico, where he has appeared in the Hays Survey 2016 – 2017 #DNAMILLENIAL and the magazine Forbes México
Christian currently participates in the Master's Degree in Non-Verbal Behavior and KPTTM Certification.
